Originally a row of cottages, this 17th century thatched building was built by the Weld Family estate and is still owned by them. The attractive main bar leads to two other smaller rooms. The menu ranges from sandwiches to three course meals, featuring locally sourced ingredients where possible. A family and dog friendly pub, it has a large garden boasting stunning views towards the neolithic hilltop Flowers Barrow. An ideal base for walks over the army firing ranges.
