A true free house in a classic stone building dating from 1788, it commands impressive views over the surrounding hills and Greater Manchester. The multi-room layout has log-burning stoves in the refurbished bar area and Brassiere, behind which is a restaurant, function rooms and guest accommodation. Quality food is served daily in the pub and separate Brassiere from an award-winning kitchen. The White Hart hosts a variety of events including themed dinners, wine tastings and comedy evenings.
