Located on a busy corner opposite Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens, this pub has a large is an L shaped room and bar. At time of last visit ( Dec19) no real ale Meals are served 9-9 every day including breakfast till noon. Friday night is DJ music night.

Dating from the 1980's it has had numerous names including Inn on the Park and Rosie Malones. Became Yates in 1999
