A Grade II pub, built in 1835, located down narrow windy lanes in the Culm Valley. It is a charming small venue, with a cosy bar and a more modern restaurant area, where the large windows look out over the beer garden. The comfortable bar serves two rotating local south-west brewery ales, plus three ciders. Good value food is available, with produce mainly from local farms. Live music and special events are often featured.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers (usually from Otter brewery either Bitter or Amber plus from Dartmoor brewery either Legend or Jail Ale.) and 0 regular beers.
