A timber framed building with brick noggin and thatched roof. The older part is medieval and the fewer wing was added in the 17th century. A restaurant offers a varied menu which is focused on local ingredients. The bar on the other side has comfy seating and a log fire. Five real ales are offered; Rebellion IPA rebadged as Clifden IPA is the regular beer. Locally valued therefore listed as an Asset of Community Value.
