Accredited for beer quality 2022
The Greyhound re-opened in its new guise as the Cock & Greyhound in November 2014, closed for some time and happily re-opened in April 2019. Originally two rooms, the pub is now one long room with a central bar. The left hand side has upholstered seating and a ceiling comprised of old doors. The right hand side more traditional pub furniture and a dartboard. There are several TVs of various sizes which are impossible to escape and music can be on the loud side. Food is currently not available, but is expected to be reintroduced early 2024. A beer festival is planned for Spring / Summer 2024, and the beer range may be increased. At present, only two or three of the six handpumps are in use.
