A former Tetley's house, refurbished by Ossett Brewery in its trademark style of stone-flagged floors, bare-brick walls and stained glass. This traditional pub serves up to six cask ales, usually four from the Ossett stable which also include Fernandes, Rat, Riverhead and Salt breweries. Two changing beers are usually available, often including a dark, along with boxed ciders, mostly Lilley's, but also sometimes a real cider such as Seacider. Thursday is quiz night and live bands play usually on the last Saturday night of the month. A DJ plays motown, soul and funk records on the first Sunday of every month from 4pm to 8pm.
This pub uses Autovac.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 4 regular beers.
