Historic Interest
Opened in the 1840s as Crabbe's Inn but was named the Glegg Arms by the 1850 when it was listed under that name in Bagshaw's Directory. An Argyle Brewery pub transferred t Birkenhead Brewery in 1866. The old photos show the pub at various times in its history. A Whitbread (Beefeater) pub in the 1980s.
