Ludlow Golf Club is interestingly located within the confines of Ludlow Racecourse, with the club's links scattered around the Racecourse environs. The large, comfortable, club house has an open-plan bar area, with pleasant views over towards the Grandstand.The regular Ludlow Gold is supplemented by (usually) Hobson's Best in the Summer. The club offers a range of sandwiches and good-value bar meals during open hours. It should be noted that the clubhouse only remains open while there are potential customers (i.e. golfers) around, so closing time can vary between early afternoon to mid evening, depending on the season and the weather. Furthermore, the club is closed on race days, which are two or three times a month from October to April.
