A white stuccoed building with elegant bow windows. It has been tastefully redocorated in a modernish comfortable style opening out what used to be a shabby drinking den. There are TVs in both bars, bingo night Sunday and a disco advertised for Saturday nights. The pub opens at 7.30 am for breakfasts Tuesday to Sunday. There is a single handpump on the bar, but rarely serves a real ale.
