An oasis on a busy highway, this quite large pub has a front bar opening up from the entrance, a separate dining area off to one side, and a lounge/dining room to the other side. Although now partly open plan, much of the original layout is unchanged. The comprehensive menu of good quality, good value food is the main draw, supplemented by a daily specials board and children's dishes.
