An established town estate pub completely refurbished throughout in 2015, with a bar and large dining area.

To the left of the entrance there are two comfortable dining areas. Locally sourced products are used to produce a light lunchtime menu, an a la carte evrning menu along with a specials board.
There is a large car park and a well laid out beer garden with plenty of seating featuring the Oak Room, a solid oak framed covered area.
9 bedrooms all have en-suite facilities.
Historic Interest
The Woodberry Inn (formerly The Woodberry Down) was built in the 1920’s as a gentleman’s residence for Mr Southwell the owner of the former Bridgnorth carpet factory on the River Severn. Following his death the house became a pub after being acquired by Ansells Brewery of Birmingham. Now owned by two local families: the Yates and local butchers the Aldersons.
